1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SocioVeil ("Service", "Platform"), operated by SocioVeil Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SocioVeil is an AI-powered social media management platform that provides content drafting, scheduling, analytics, audience engagement automation, and related services across supported social media networks. Features may change or be updated at any time.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Accounts may not be transferred or shared with third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates applicable laws.
• Violate the terms of service of connected social media platforms.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform features, branding, designs, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to SocioVeil. You retain all ownership of content you create or post through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to deliver the Service.

6. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on cancellations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using AI-generated content suggestions. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocioVeil and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or in-app notification for material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
